“Vis Com is an exhibition closing the project ‘Communication Beyond Words’. As an experiment in translation, artists and designers from Colombia and Australia were asked to reply to the same brief, describing their creative cultural environment. The works created on each side of the world were exchanged and new artworks were produced in response to each other. This final exhibition is the culmination of the conversation created between the artists and designers. Portraying their cultural imagery the artists and designers have presented their interpretation of each relative artist’s cultural environment”. - Visual Communication
