"Part of the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival's Cultural Program Project Series 2015, Peripheral Visions is an exhibition exploring the edges and boundaries of creative practice within design and fashion disciplines.
If the body is central to fashion practice, where do the boundaries extend? Where is the periphery of fashion?
How can decentralised or collaborative practice extend and push boundaries to generate multi-disciplinary, critical outcomes and visions relating to fashion?
Showcasing the work of 25 current and recently graduated RMIT students, the exhibition features garments, jewellery, objects, installation, screen based works and photography."
