I enjoyed Jud Wimhurst’s “Gimme Freedom (Or Gimme Death)” at the Bendigo Art Gallery so much, I thought I would see it again at MARS in Prahran.
MARS has been in Prahran for three years now after shifting from Port Melbourne, and this was my first visit to the “new” space.
It’s pretty incredible; three floors, multiple galleries and spaces, an impressive large glass front, overlooking mezzanine, video art projection gallery, lift accessibility and plans for a rooftop sculpture and performance space - it’s incredible.
